(1) When you order, we need to know your name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card number, and expiration date.  This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status.

(2) We will NOT sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.

(3) During the checkout process you can choose to opt "in" or opt "out" of our email list.  We do send emails out during the holidays and offer discounts occasionally.

Credit Card Security:

(1) When you place an order we offer the use of a secure server.  The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all credit card information you input before it is sent to us.  In addition, all of your information will be kept strictly confidential.  Your personal and credit card information is also secured by a firewall and is deleted from our servers on a regular basis.

Additionally, we have updated this website to require the use of a credit card security code (see this at the last page of the checkout process) to ensure that your credit card information is secure during checkout.

Why is this important?  This number is imprinted on your credit card. The theory is that you must have the credit card physically present to view the number.  Someone cannot go into the garbage and retrieve this number off of a credit card receipt that you threw away.  Basically, it helps prevent theft.  When you enter the CVC/CVV code and submit it through our website it goes automatically to our credit card processing company and the number is not stored anywhere in our database system.
