Shipping Methods and Costs

We calculate your shipping costs by using FED EX ground rates. 

If you need express shipping please telephone us with the order.  Many of the products can have express shipping.

It is possible that we may use a different method to ship the items other than FED EX.  We use their real time ground rates to calculate the order based on the weight of the item being purchased.

If you order large amounts of items they may be shipped via a freight carrier other than FED EX.  The shipping method we use depends on the items ordered. 

We reserve the right to amend shipping costs after an order is placed if a computer glitch or human error causes an underpayment of shipping costs.  We will email or telephone you if this happens.  Occasionally FED EX computer servers go down and back-up shipping rates may be shown during the checkout.  If this occurs we will contact you to amend the shipping price before we ship the order.

• U.S. Postal Service
• Freight Carrier (pallet quantities)

Shipping Timeframe

Most product take "5 to 9 business days" to reach their delivery destination.  Some large orders may take longer.  Occasionally large orders are manufactured after your order has been placed and it will cause a slight delay.

Shipping point is the location of the manufacturing Mills and/or our South Saint Paul, Minnesota, warehouse.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada

We will accept phone orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.  You will not be able to order on-line and enter your country or state.  WHY? Some of our products ship directly from manufacturing mills and they will not ship outside of the lower 48 USA.  Therefore some products cannot be shipped to you.
